Exchange Policy

Though we are always working hard to match your expectations and deliver you quality products, on time, but still, in case, you have decided that you want a replacement, we are ready to help you out. In case of the following scenarios you are liable to get a replacement without any deduction:

We have shipped a wrong product that is not matching with your order or there is a manufacturing defect in the product ordered by you:

·           You have 3 Days  (from the date you receive the parcel) to make up your mind and intimate us that you wish to exchange the product.

·            You have to send us the parcel within seven days of its receipt through courier.

·            Courier for sending back the product will be borne by customer.

 

Some Do’s and Don’ts:

 

·         Items must be unused and undamaged and must be in their original purchase condition.

·         You need to send us the following: Original Product Packaging, Manufacturer's Containers, Documentation, Warranty Cards, Manuals, and all accessories.

·         All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

Warranty Policy

Beautydukan.com provides you with a 3 days replacement/checking warranty on every purchase with us. Whether it is under manufacturer warranty or not (This is to ensure that our customer are looked after regardless of market dynamics)

Customers can check the product in 3 days (which starts from the day of delivery to your doorstep). During this period of warranty if something with the products goes wrong then you can replace your product under below mentioned warranty Terms and Conditions.

Exchange & Replace: Beautydukan.com is not liable to replace and exchange a product if returned roughly used or damaged. If receivable is found roughly used or damage, the cost of re-shipping the item shall be paid by the customer.

It is the liability of the customer to send the merchandise back in its original packing as was received. Shipping cost to be borne by the customer.

Terms & Conditions:

Pictures and specs of the products are provided by the Manufacturer/Distributor.

For all ‘Clearance Sale’ products, we are not obligated to confirm 100% delivery for all placed orders without taking money in advance due to the limited stock availability.

Quality control can stop the product before or during shipment if the product is not as per the quality defined (as per advertisement) in case of such issues the customer support department will inform you of additional delivery time.


*1)* Please keep your purchase receipt safe with you which will be issued by
Beautydukan.com. The purchase receipt must be presented together with the warranty when making a claim within 3 days of warranty. If the receipt of purchase is not presented, then no claim would be entertained.

*2)* Please make sure proper packing of product is returned, to ensure that no damage occurs to product during transit, box of the product must be in the same condition as received, and box must contain the following:

-Complete contents as received

-Detail note regarding the issue

-Invoice / Purchase receipt copy

*3)* In the event that the goods require repair (under product warranty), the owner is responsible for the cost of transportation to and from

*4)* In the event that no identical product is available for replacement,

has the right to replace the product with an alternate of equal quality, or offer the customer the choice of other products (with option to upgrade as well)

*5)* This warranty is limited to defects in workmanship or parts. All defective products will be replaced. This warranty does not extend to accessories. This warranty does not cover LCD and batteries or any other consumable items.

*6)* This warranty does not cover any defect caused by an accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation or operation, lack of reasonable care, loss of parts, tampering or attempted repair by a person not authorized by the distributor.

*7)* The warranty will not apply if the factory-applied serial number or seals has been altered or removed from the Product.

*8)* In case if any customer doesn’t want to take the same product which he/she has ordered or is not satisfied with the product purchased, then the customer can replace the purchased product with any other product mentioned on the website.

 

*9)*  DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We believe we can resolve most customer concerns to the customers' satisfaction within a reasonable time and would like an opportunity to address your complaint or concerns without a formal legal case. How are items packed?

All items are carefully inspected and then packaged at our fulfillment facilities - to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is wrapped in bubble/plastic wrap and fragile (electronic etc.) items are secured in an additional layer of protective packaging.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse facility that is based in Lahore. We use various courier services to delivery your order.
