We provide a hassle-free shopping experience to shop for your beauty and fashion related products for individual or as a wholesale. We promise to deliver you best quality of our products with best order processing method and a tension free shopping experience. We promise to offer you best products in very reasonable price and minimum delivery period.

 
Terms for order confirmation

Confirmation of your order will require a proper phonetic or email conversation about confirmation of data and information you’ve provided at the time of ordering.

Term of refusing/cancelling order

In order to cancel your order that you’ve placed on our website, or you don’t want that product anymore then you have to let us know within 24 hours after placing the order so that we stop proceeding it and both of us don’t face any kind of issue.

Using your personal information

Beauty Dukan will use your personal information that you’ve provided us on our website while visiting or placing any order. This is required in order to make your experience on Beauty Dukan far better than first and you don’t have to give your information again and again while placing multiple orders on Beauty Dukan.

Order Processing Method

Once you place your order on Beauty Dukan, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your complete order details as well as delivery and payment invoice details. After that, we’ll also call you on your provided number for confirmation of all the data you provide. It is necessary for you to accept our call and reconfirm us all the data you’ve provided so that we can forward your order for further process. If the calls were repeatedly not answered, then we’ll have to hold order for delivery. Once your order is confirmed then it will be forwarded for delivery process.

Delivery Method

After confirmation of order and your data, your order will be processed further for packing and delivery. We’ll then forward your address to your given confirmed address with receiver’s name and contact number through third party courier service. The delivery of your order will take approximately 5-7 working days if your address is out of Lahore but delivery within Lahore will take 3-4 working days. Proper coordination with delivery service provider will be needed for an easy delivery process.

Payment Process Methods

Currently we are offering two payment methods i.e COD (Cash on Delivery) and Bank Transfer. If you want to pay via online bank transfer, then you will have to pay and send us confirmation of your payment same as the invoiced amount within 2 working days so that we can further process the order. If you don’t want to pay in advance or via bank transfer, then second option is COD (Cash on delivery). For COD all you need to do payment when order is arrived at your doorsteps. Pay the invoice amount and then receive your order, it is just that simple.

NOTE: As per courier policy, they’ll never let you open or tear your parcel until you made them exact invoice amount payment.

Problem with product or services

If you have any question or any complaint about our products or services, you can inform us the way you want. Any complain or question about product or services must be submit within 24 hours after receiving your order. Complaint or questions can be made on our customer service number, email or social pages as well. We’ll check for your queries and will try to respond as soon as possible. If you’ve received wrong product or have changed your mind about the product you order after receiving it, you can let us know within 24 hours and you will be responsible to safely deliver that product back to us as soon as possible so we can arrange a refund for your payment.
